RULES

Each paper will be presented only by its author. 

Co-authored papers will be presented by different author who doesn't have another paper presentation.

It is not allowed to present more than one paper per person during the symposium.

Please read the registration rules and the payment options.

  

  

REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE

The regular presenter registration fee is 350 U.S. dollars. And if you are only a listener attending the sessions the fee is same 350 U.S. dollars.

The fee covers symposium registration, access to all sessions/presentations, symposium materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner, city tour, and guidance, etc.

Co-author listener registration fee is 300 U.S. dollars.

It will be paid by the co-authors who will participate in the sessions, but who will not present a paper in the symposium.

A PLUS-REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE

If you are a presenter or only a listener attending the sessions, the registration fee including accommodation is 450 U.S. dollars.

Co-author listener A Plus Registration Fee is 400 U.S. dollars.

A Plus Registration Fee covers 3 nights lodging at Hemlock Suites, 3 breakfast, 3 lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner, symposium registration, access to all sessions/presentations, symposium materials, coffee breaks, city tour, and guidance, etc.

Option 1. Ap. 15 % off Early Bird Registration Payment Valid by April 18, 2015:

Option 2. Instalment Options:

First Payment Valid by April 18, 2015:

1. The Presenter fee (150 USD)

2. Co-Author listener fee (100 USD)

3. A-PLUS Presenter fee (200 USD)

4. A-PLUS Co-Author fee (200 USD)

  

Second Payment Valid by May 8, 2015:

1. The Presenter fee (200 USD)

2. Co-Author listener fee (150 USD)

3. A-PLUS Presenter fee (250 USD)

4. A-PLUS Co-Author fee (200 USD)

  

Option 3. Regular Registration Payment Valid by May 8, 2015:

If you would like to pay regular registration please choose one of the options that you will prefer and submit the option.

2. Co-Author listener fee (300 USD)

3. A-PLUS Presenter fee (450 USD)

4. A-PLUS Co-Author fee (400 USD)

Option 4. Late Payment (After May 8, 2015):

If you prefer this option, please choose one of the options that you will prefer and submit the option.

EXTRA RECEPTION, GALA DINNER & BANQUET / GUESTS

The extra reception, gala dinner and banquet fee is 75 US dollars for the participants' guests who wants to join all these events. 

Reception is on May 12, Gala dinner is on May 13, and banquet is on May 14, 2015.

If you want to buy only one ticket it is 40 US dollars.

EXTRA ACCOMMODATION AT HEMLOCK SUITES/

Accommodation at Hemlock Suites is available for the nights between May 11 through May 17, 2015. 

A-Plus Registration Fee payers won't pay extra accommodation fee for the nights of May 12-13-14, 2015 (3 nights). 

For the extra nights for the fee payers or any nights for the guests the price per night per person for early bird option is 50 US dollars (Valid until April 17, 2015 midnight, EDT). 

Regular price is 75 US dollars per night per person. 

Please, make the reservation for each person who will stay at the Hemlock Suites with their own names.

The extra reservation option won’t be available later than April 18, 2015.

RE-PAYMENT RULES: All cancelled payments will be reimbursed with 25 % deduction.

The payment will be online by TICKETBASE.
