Requirements:
- The language of the symposium is English
- Therefore abstracts, papers and presentations will be in English.
- There is a limit for the number of submissions.
- One author should not submit MORE THAN ONE abstract for the evaluation unless the second paper is a co-authored one.
- One author’s name can be on two papers, one single and the other co-authored.
- It is required for the author to evaluate his/her own paper first before submission.
- Co-authored papers should be presented by the author who has not another paper in the symposium.
PhD Students Session*:
- It is a new special session for PhD students in CIM 2015. The students who doesn't want to join the evaluation process they can directly apply for the PhD session. This session doesn't require any referee evaluation process. All the papers, which are convenient for the symposium themes will be accepted.
Process:
1. Name of the File: Save a Microsoft Word file with your name. In other words the file name must be the name of first author. Example: Erkan Yuksel
2. The File Content: The file content must have these information (We recommend you to copy the table and paste it to your file):

TITLE OF THE PAPER
Abstract: Abstracts for the submission will be
within the minimum and maximum limits that is 400-800 words.
The abstracts, which are less than 400 words won't
be sent to judges for the evaluation process.
Therefore be sure about the word count of your abstract.
The evaluation categories are such as "Introduction and literature, methodology, significance, appeal, interest, exceptionality, currency of the issue, and overall evaluation."
